B&S 3143 Challenger II Series Bb Trumpet - Silver-Plated - Open Box

As the second-generation model of the original Challenger I trumpet, the B&S 3143 Challenger II boasts several upgraded features to provide an even more enjoyable playing experience. In addition to its fantastic Challenger I specs — such as responsive top-sprung monel pistons, a 0.459-inch medium-large bore, and a 4.803-inch yellow brass bell — the Challenger II is equipped with quiet, felt valve cap inlays, a first-valve thumb slide, and a long screw stop on the third valve.

These features are also complemented by a layer of stunning silver plating, which adds an unmistakable brilliance to the trumpet’s sound and appearance. Finally, a standard taper leadpipe supports players with optimal wind resistance for a free-blowing feel.
