This is a Charvel ATX Acoustic/Electric in Trans Green w/ Charvel gigbag. I believe these were made in the 1990's in Japan. It has some dings, dents, and scratches. There are a couple of finish cracks around the bridge. It has low great playing action. It plays like an Electric guitar more to me than any other thin body I have tried. Here are some specs I found:
