R7 VOS 1957 Les Paul Custom 3 Pickup Black Beauty! The first year for the Les Paul Custom and PAF pickups. The construction, neck profile, ebony fingerboard, hardware, and nitrocellulose lacquer finish are all like the original. The body was carved from one piece of solid mahogany and the beautiful mother of pearl block inlays helped this guitar get its nickname Black Beauty. Mahogany neck with 12” radius, Medium Jumbo frets measures 1.69” at the nut and 2.24” at the end of the fingerboard. Kluson Waffleback tuners with pearl tips, 3 Custom-bucker alnico lll unpotted pickups, CTS 500K pots, paper in oil capacitor, and no wire ABR bridge are all as the original 1957. Lifton 5 latch case is loaded with all the case candy and certificate of authenticity.
