JOYO TC-2 Tone Chain

I’m an individual who loves recording, all of the items I’m selling are from my personal, smoke free, climate controlled studio. I turn the power OFF when electronics are not in use so most of these items are very low mileage, many have been in storage (also climate controlled).

Each item has been lovingly cared for and provided me with lots of cool recorded sounds. Photos are of the actual items for sale unless otherwise noted. I overpack and always use Reverb safe shipping to protect me and YOU!

JOYO TONE CHAIN TC-2 PEDAL (ships in the original box)

The “Tone Chain TC-2” is one of Joyo's greatest bargain pedals. Like all of Joyo's pedals the Tone Chain is built in a sturdy enclosure, for this one they chose steel. The knobs all feel solid not wiggly or flimsy in any way. The footswitch buttons are each surrounded by a plastic ring which lights when that feature is selected. A TAP TEMPO pushbutton sets the delay time, alternatively a knob is available to set delay time. 

This is a multi effect pedal. No menu diving. Nothing programmable. It runs on standard 9-volt pedalboard power (not included). Your guitar connection feeds through the three onboard effects in this order:

Overdrive, Distortion, Delay and finally to the mono or stereo 1/4” output jacks

On the back there is an effects loop where you can insert other pedals into the chain, this insert comes after the distortion and before the delay.

CABINET SIMULATOR: A built-in speaker cabinet simulator can be switched on or off via a pushbutton on the rear. 

LIVE SOUND/RECORDING XLR OUTPUT JACKS: On the left end is a pair of XLR-male microphone level output jacks (which always have cab simulator on them). 

GUITAR TUNER: Last but not least the TC-2 has a built in guitar tuner, you press and hold the Tap Tempo button to activate the tuner display.

This is a solid pedal with distortion and delay effects that don't suck, the distortion sounds are on par with any Fulltone or other premium analog distortion I ever owned except for the Robin Trower Overdrive. If you like to travel light and setup fast this pedal is a winner and at this price it is worthy of trying just for fun.
