The CS1000 Cable Scanner & Complete Cable Tester from Rolls is a device designed to test up to ten different types of cable ends. Each cable tested with the unit undergoes a pin-out scan for continuity and proper polarity.

It features a 1kHz test-tone oscillator with a calibrated variable-level control. The tester can also send out balanced test signals on one side of the unit to verify proper operation of audio equipment. Audio test readings can be monitored with headphones or speakers. RJ connectors permit phone lines and other installed wiring to ring out. This unit also offers phantom-power-voltage and polarity testing.

Cable & Line Testing Test up to (10) different types of cable with this versatile unit. Pin-Out Scan Each cable tested with the unit undergoes a pin-out scan for continuity and proper polarity. Test-Tone Oscillator The tester offers a 1kHz test-tone oscillator with a calibrated variable-level control.
