The pickguard is plastic NOT metal.
Fits the 2 pickup long scale Vox Mark IV bass that was made in Italy in the 1960's ONLY.
Does NOT fit UK made or more recent reissues.
No mounting screws, just the pickguard.
The pickguard has a protective film which makes the finish appear cloudy in the first picture.
