Shure 55 SW Microphone 1966 - Aluminum

This could be a great addition. This was from our recent estate purchase of a professional musician in his late 90s. This was in his bedroom drawer and is about as nice as they come for this age

Here is an (original receipt dated) 1966 Shure 55SW. Referred to an Elvis model by some.

Cosmetically the original metal case is in super clean condition as the pics clearly show. Only flaws I can see is some tear in the original interior foam and a crack in the plastic input. (Cable tested and still works perfect even with this crack).

This mic is fully functional with excellent vintage full tone that you acquire these for. It’s ready to plug in your cable and use.

This mic was stored in the original owners drawer for many years. It looks as if it was used very minimally. The original box includes all its original paperwork (warranty, hang tag, user manual and specs). Even the original purchase receipt dated 12/1966. You get everything in the pics.

No cable is included so please be sure you have a correct cable to use. Rapco does sell an excellent version that works well with these.
