It offers a mahogany body with flamed maple top, finished in a translucent Charcoal burst finish to allow the figured wood to be a highlight, with white binding on the body, neck, and reversed headstock. The MH-1000NT has a sturdy thin u-shaped three-piece maple neck, and a Macassar ebony fingerboard with offset block inlays and 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets.
