Overview:
1980's era Electro Voice 671BL model Cardioid microphone with Low Impedance setting and perfect for singing as well as broadcasting as it was intended. This was based on the similar 671 (with chrome finish) and the 672A that had a lower pistol grip. Otherwise both microphones were basically identical.
This 671BL has a very nice sound and quite strong too...100% output. The "cardioid" element has excellent uni-directional capabilities as well. A warm smooth tone that's a bit more mid range. Not as heavy on the bass as a Shure SM-58. This mic sounds very similar to the E.V 664 in low impedance.
