With the affordable CD-140 SCE, Fender focuses on understatement and quality and delivers an instrument that sits comfortably in the hand of both beginners and advanced players thanks to its flat "easy-to-play" neck profile, guaranteeing pure playing pleasure. The top made of solid spruce in combination with the laminated body made of ovangkol offers a balanced sound with a wide dynamic range and transparency.

In addition, a compensated saddle made of Graph Tech Nubone ensures clean intonation and flat string action, while the chrome-plated die-cast tuners keep the tuning clean. The built-in Fishman pickup convinces with an integrated tuner and a 2-band equalizer and the signal can easily be passed on to an amplifier, mixer or PA. The cutaway can also be used to play higher registers. Last but not least, a case is already included in the scope of delivery.
