Here is a nice Baumann oboe top joint dating from the early 19th century. An excellent historic piece in excellent condition, it just needs to be paired with a bottom joint and bell.
Provenance: The Historic Collection. This is from the collection of a well-known researcher and historian of woodwinds who spent a lifetime collecting rare and unique instruments. We are privileged to offer items from this collection for sale.
As this instrument is historically interesting, we have chosen to not do restoration work on it and leave that to the eventual owner.
