SOLDANO CASWELL X99 Preamp 1991 - SERIAL 002

A really rare piece! this Soldano was made in 300 pieces wordwilde.

.....This is the "002" serial number....

Perfectly working and mint condition for each part.

This will be probably one of the best buy as investment. We are talking about the first motorized preamp ever product. If you think about the Klon Centaur there were built more than 1000 pieces wordwilde in the first edition....

In the collector's world when we talk about this kind of products it's really important to identify the serial number. Infact many times low serials are better product just because when someone have to launch something on the market the attention given on the really first pieces is obviously more, even on the "tuning" of a preamp.

I have had over time up to 3 X99 simultaneously and I can say for sure this one is much better then the others.

This preamp was designed from Soldano himself helped by Tim Caswell who's the one who modified Tube amp head used from Slash on the "Appetite for Destruction" recording Appetite for Destruction.
