Original vintage Orville by Gibson Les Paul Standard in gorgeous playing condition! OBG was the equivalent of Gibson Japan’s custom shop, and produced some of the best LP’s of the era, with their best woods and craftsmen. simply put, they run circles around all but the best USA custom and vintage models, and have developed a massive cult following among players.
This fine example is no exception, and plays absolutely beautifully, great balance, arrow straight, lighting fast neck, zebra PAF’s are hot, gritty, and very vintage. Keeper!
Cosmetically, she’s very nice as well, with natural and finish and play wear, and patina, mostly in the belt-buckle, and neck reverse areas ; all skin deep, all included at no extra charge. She ships in a quality gig bag, not pictured. Enjoy!
