You are looking at a 1/4" mono record head for the venerable Ampex ATR 102 tape machine.
I've just completed the conversion of my ATR102 to 1/2" and I'm selling a complete set of 1/4" ATR heads, along with an empty block and other ATR spares, please check my other auctions.
The head has been inspected and re-lapped by the legendary Terry Summers of Summertone Audio Ltd. He describes this head as 'almost new' in his report, it's probably as good as you're going to find anywhere on this planet!
