This vintage 1987 Fender Japan ST67 solid body guitar is restored with a vintage lightweight Fender 1990s solid Ash body, finished in the original Olympic White Blonde with natural relic wear. The Fender Blonde finish looks amazing, with natural yellowing and color clouding in some areas which looks really cool. 

Features include a newer loaded pickguard with genuine Fender staggered pole pickups, and modern string spacing of 2 & 1/16”. A strap button was added for reverse Hendrix set up, and the tremolo includes a reverse right handed whammy bar.

The naturally aged vintage Fender MIJ E series hard Rock Maple neck with large CBS headstock includes dual string retainers, 7.25” radius, black dots, vintage Gotoh MIJ tuners with oval buttons, narrow 1.6”TUSQ nut, thin C shape back profile with .80"/.83" thickness, and 21 medium frets. The frets are polished and dressed for optimal playability and performance, and the neck features most of its original finish, with some flaking on the fretboard and the headstock finish sanded down to a satin amber stain. The neck features it’s original pencil date at the heel.

This guitar plays great and sounds awesome with a fresh reverse Hendrix set up with Daddarrio 10-46. It weighs in at only 8 lb and includes whammy bar.

Ahead of schedule delivery intact. This excellent specimen of a 1998 cij67/68 Hendrix natural ash body guitar was described physically on spot. Hearing and feeling are hard to convey online. Love the small-dimensioned neck still retaining nice resonance. It's a keeper before and after the amp is on. Way to go with providing near new case and it's candy, on top of it all, a wall hanger, wow. Thanks Leftys!
