DESCRIPTION

The CopperSound Pedals Foxcatcher Fusion Black is a versatile analogue overdrive built for guitarists and bass players who want expressive, controllable drive tones with expanded flexibility. Based on the original award winning Foxcatcher, the Fusion version replaces the original clipping arrangement with switchable MOSFET and germanium options, delivering a broader tonal palette while retaining a musical, amp-like character.

In SI mode, four MOSFET transistors configured as clipping diodes provide a more aggressive, open and dynamic overdrive with clear articulation. Switching to GE mode engages four specially sourced Ukrainian germanium diodes for a smoother, more compressed and rounded response. The expanded tone sweep and increased output level allow precise shaping from subtle grit to thick, harmonically rich drive while maintaining clarity and low end.

The Drive, Volume and Tone controls are intuitive and responsive, making it easy to dial in edge-of-breakup tones, rhythm crunch or saturated lead sounds. The pedal operates at 9V or 18V, with 18V offering increased headroom and clarity. Housed in a sturdy metal enclosure with top mounted jacks, bright LED indicator and true bypass switching, it is designed for practical pedalboard use and long term reliability. A limited lifetime warranty adds further confidence.
