This usually sells for $3,849. This is a ridiculous deal on one of the VERY BEST microphones ever made. It might be the best. Seriously. This mic is a well kept secret amongst seasoned engineers for it's unparalleled detail. Shooting this mic against other high end microphones, this one just sounds like you put your prescription glasses on for the first time. It just knows something other microphones don't. Instead of one big capsule, like most large diaphragm condensers, this one has four big capsules (see second photo). It's actually ridiculous, and I think thats why this mic just doesn't compromise. It's got a crazy low end extension and brings out the bottom end of vocals and acoustic guitars in a really powerful way. The top end is perfect - silky and precise. Because this mic captures the full image of the source, it takes to EQ incredibly well. Shape it into whatever shape you want, it can do it all.

This flagship masterpiece is in factory new condition and ready to record your next track in stunning detail. Time and time again, my clients and I have been floored by its precision, sheen, and liveliness (!!!). With a dead silent noise floor and high output gain, I could not imagine a better mic for voice-overs and low volume material as well, although it KILLS with high volume rock singers, loud brass, and bass cabs.

Don't even get me started on this shock mount. It's perfect. It's so good. The mic just clicks right in and you flick a lever and its locked. No clamps. No futzing.

This is the endgame. Barely used, at a stupid low price.
