Much sought after compressor that had a short run. Has a fantastic sound.  Rare, hard-to-find, piece.

Cosmetically, it has light blemishes. It's 100% functional and has not been used much -- not far from
new. Created by Stam Audio in Chile, this compressor is based off of the stereo buss compressor found in the center section of the legendary G Series Console.  The stereo field opens up nicely and glues an entire mix together. Use it on a single channel, mix bus or for mastering. Gives you a professional sound!

This model was discontinued, and later followed up with a second version called the SA-4000 MK2 -- which sold out quickly. This is a very rare item in that there was only a limited number created before the mk2 version replaced it. This version (mk1) has its own unique sonic characteristics.
