The Dragonfire Jazz Bass Pickups in this Standard Passive Jazz category are a great pickup replacement option for all-around J-Bass performance. Adding balance, solid output and nice presentation to your playing, these pickups are effective for most styles of play.

The eight-pole design on these single-coil J Pickups will work for your fretted or fretless 4-string bass. Wax potting on the pickups helps isolate sound and reduce feedback or other undesirable noise. These Standard Jazz Pickups feature ceramic magnets and exposed slug style chrome polepieces with your choice of pickup cover colors.

Due to the vast and varied nature of possible components and set-up styles, we do not provide specific information or diagrams for installation. You should be able to use basic information and general knowledge to successfully complete installation with your choice of diagram or instructions if needed.
