Besson Euphonium 1960 satin silver

I am the original owner of a gorgeous Besson compensating euphonium/baritone/tenor tuba, serial #314008. Professional grade. Purchased in late 1960 and played continuously for 20 years through graduate school and beyond. I played in solo competitions, concert band, brass ensembles, and even with orchestra—mostly tenor tuba parts and the occasional solos for euphonium. I’ve played many euphoniums/baritones; I honestly consider this one the best sounding I’ve played. The instrument remains in exceptional condition—see pictures. Satin silver finish with a gold-plated front-facing removable bell. Both finish and bell are very rarely found. Case shows its age but remains solid with clasps and buckles all in working condition.
