We’re not always the first to jump on the bandwagon with Fender’s new designs, but the Player Plus Meteora Bass* actually delivers Fender-worthy style and performance. The contemporary body style is a bit Fender-meets-Teisco, but it works.

A pair of Fireball Bass Humbucking pickups give the Meteora Bass a little different brand of Fender bass tone. Three-band active EQ, plus switchable active/passive operation, offers tremendous tonal flexibility. The satin-finish neck is fast and smooth with its modern-C profile, comfortable rolled edges, and 12”-radius fingerboard. The HiMass bridge provides perfect intonation and great sustain.

Quiet, powerful, affordable and tonally diverse, we think the Player Plus Meteora Bass is a nice addition to the Fender Bass lineup. A deluxe Fender gig bag is included.
