Bought new with a GC credit I had that was burning a hole in my pocket. Turns out, though I perform 20-30 acoustic gigs/month, I never took it out of the case. I started using an Epiphone Chet Atkins SST and the Yamahas that I’ve used for the past couple of decades fell by the wayside.
Make no mistake, this guitar is a road worthy tone monster. It’s in pristine condition and ships in a $150 Road Runner heavy duty upholstered case with 2 zipper covers and plenty of storage for accoutrements.
This guitar (with case) is being listed at the price of a decent beginners guitar, but take my word for it (and watch the video) this guitar could last you a lifetime if you decide to continue playing that long. The value of this listing is indisputable. Your getting a great deal for guitar in superior RR travel case.
The electronics are Yamaha OEM transducer under the bridge with a really nice built in pre-amp. Volume, lows, highs and a sweepable midrange for fine tweaking your plugged tone.
As a straight up acoustic, listen to the video in this listing. It speaks for itself. Compensated bridge saddle insures perfect tuning up and down the neck on all strings. Neck recently tweaked by a professional luthier.
Overall, this guitar sounds great, plays easily and gives you a big bang for your buck!
