This late 1950s or 1960s Japanese lapel mic has an original molded 1/8" aux phone plug.  You can readily get a 1/8" to 1/4" adapter for plugging into your amp. The mic sounds really loud and works well.

This would be a fantastic harp mic for someone with a great sense of style as it fits easily in the palm.  It also clips onto your lapel in case you want to look really fancy on your zoom calls.
