The 1-piece through-body maple neck is actually part of the body and contributes to sustain since the entire guitar is structurally integrated with the pickups, bridge, and tailpiece affixed to the actual neck providing maximum vibration transfer. The ergonomic Soloist body shape is designed for player comfort and increased balance, eliminating dreaded neck dive.

The Pro Soloist's 12-16 compound radius Ebony fingerboard is one of the fastest and is designed for technical lightspeed playing. More curved by the nut for comfortable chording, it flattens out as you move up the speedy neck for increasingly fast playing speed and wide bends without fretting out.

Chosen specifically for their complementary sound, dual Seymour Duncan Distortion direct-mounted humbuckers deliver incredible output and hot-rodded, versatile tone for pristine cleans and snarling distortion. Master volume and tone controls shape the pickups output, which can be further refined with the three-position pickup toggle switch for the precise voice required to bring musical vision to life.

Built with nothing but quality hardware, dive and soar expressively with the Floyd Rose FRT-O2000 double-locking tremolo bridge, recessed for pick hand comfort and providing laser-accurate intonation and ultra-stable tuning when combined with the Floyd Rose R3 locking nut. Included famous Jackson appointments are all-black hardware, a durable gloss finish, alumiloid piranha neck inlays, single ply neck binding and Jackson's signature pointed 6-In-Line headstock. All guitars are shipped with their original factory set-up. We do not dress frets or perform set-ups and make no changes to the original manufacturer's specs. Every guitar we sell is factory "A" stock quality meaning that each was shipped from their respective factory meeting factory specifications for set-up, fret work, electronics, finish application, wood choice and so on. Guitar players have diverse individual set-up requirements so any changes to a guitar's set-up is a personal decision and expense that belongs to the new owner.

All of the guitar specifications in our listings are taken directly from the manufactures websites. All manufactures state that all specifications can be changed at anytime at the manufacturers discretion so any discrepancy in the specs in our listings that were changed without our knowledge were made by the manufacturer and not Guitar_Bazaar therefore any complaints due to specification changes need to be taken up with the specific manufacture and are not a misrepresentation by Guitar_Bazaar.

After inspecting and photographing, all of our guitars are immediately boxed back up into their original manufacture boxes (if available). The string tension is slightly loosened to prevent stress to the neck and headstock. The headstock is double wrapped with tissue wrap + bubble wrap and then boxed and padded for shipping and placed into climate and humidity controlled storage with a heavy mill dust cover over the box until sold.

IF a case or a gigbag is included with the item, it will be mentioned as such in the listing. If neither is mentioned as being included in the sale, it's not included. Please refer to the item specifications section before asking if a case or gigbag is included in the sale.

There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns.

Original shipping will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and for the sellers PayPal fee and or Reverb Processing Fees (same as PayPal's fee) and the Reverb 5% Selling Fee.

If a buyer cancels an order prior to a Fedex / UPS system serial number being generated, they will receive a refund for the sale price minus the PayPal (2.9% + $0.30) or Reverb Processing Fee (same as PayPal Fee) as well as the Reverb Selling Fee of 5% that was paid by the seller at the time of the sale. Once a serial number has been generated from either UPS or Fedex, the order is now in their respective system and can no longer be canceled.

If any item is refused at time of delivery or is returned by the shipper to the seller because the buyer was not available to receive and or could not sign for their item, the full 25% restocking fee plus all shipping charges charged to the seller will be deducted from the refund.

PayPal and Reverb new user agreement amendment states that fees originally paid by the seller will no longer be returned back to the seller in the event of a seller back to buyer refund.

Items must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped to the buyer including all documents, certifications, manuals and accessories along with the original manufacturer boxes and outer box if shipped double boxed, and all original packing materials. If the instrument is listed and shipped in never played condition, it must be returned in the same unplayed condition as it was sent to the buyer with no signs of handling and or play wear. I.E., Be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials. Guitar is non-returnable if the serial number is registered or software is ordered or activated by using the guitar's serial number.

All serial numbers and documents will be inspected and verified prior to issuing a refund.

Due to the fragile nature of all guitar finishes please note that extreme hot or cold temperatures and guitar finishes do not play nice together. We recommended once any guitar has been received that it be allowed to acclimate to room temperature for several hours before opening the box and removing any of the packaging and the guitar from the shipping carton. Extreme changes in temperature, humidity and or altitude will cause finish (weather) checking as well as possible changes to the guitar's neck and set-up. There is no warranty by any guitar manufacturer that will warranty against finish checking or neck and set-up changes due to climatic changes.
