A find sounding mandolin from Mid-Missouri Mandolin Co., who is now called, Big Muddy Mandolin Co.. Made of all solid woods and hand crafted with attention to detail, this is a nice instrument. This has been played a lot and shows wear. At one point, a clear pickguard was put on over an area of wear. There is other wear on the top mostly scratches and impressions. There is a K&K passive pickup installed. There is fret wear under the A strings, frets 1-5 and a little wear on under the E strings, frets 1-3. One of the headstock's corners is dented. Having said that, the frets are a long way from needing any attention. A strap button has been installed on the neck heel. It's tailpiece cover is missing. Overall, this instrument is in good used condition and comes with a hard case.
