B-Stock. Why is this B-Stock?

This one a few clearcoat streaks on the back of the guitar that you can see if you hold to the right light.  I could not get it to photograph so i had to take a video to get it to show. (Video upon request)  Also there is a teeny bit of white binding paint creeping up in the nook where the guitar meets the body.  But i am sure it is the streaks on the back are what makes this guitar B-Stock.
