Premium features include a bound solid spruce top with scalloped "X"-bracing and the classic Rancher bound triangular sound hole, mahogany sides and bound arched back, mahogany neck, 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays, compensated bridge with rosewood base, deluxe tuners, and gold-plated hardware. The Fishman Sonicore under-saddle pickup and Isys+ preamp system provide great amplified performance and flexible sonics with volume, tone and phase controls, onboard tuner and battery life indicator.

[4] All instruments are inspected and set up before shipping, therefore all boxes could be opened. We may also ship in a different box if we judge it is more secure to use a better packaging. If an instrument needs a setup at destination, there are the sole buyer responsibilities as the instrument has been verified and set up before shipping.

[5] There is NO return for international transactions and overseas shipping. Our return policy does not apply to International transactions, only to the Canadian market. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify if the manufacturer will accept the warranty for an international transaction, otherwise they will be considered as used.

[6] If an item arrives Damaged, please send us pictures of the external box and damage within the first 24 hours. Failure to do so will automatically void the insurance with the carrier. Keep the box until further notice and wait for our instructions for the next step. Having an instrument setup by yourself or a non-certified technician could void the warranty and insurance on shipping.
