This guitar is for the beginning guitarist who is just picking up the instrument. It features solid Yamaha construction, easy-to-learn design, and helpful extras, to get you moving on your guitar journey.
Solid Yamaha Construction
Yamaha has a wide range of instruments, from the very expensive pro models, to the cool beginner stuff. All of it is done right. The Yamaha C40 is the featured guitar model in this package. It's constructed from a Meranti wood back and sides, with a spruce top. Spruce affords great, bright sound. There's a really cool rosette ring design around the soundhole, and the rosewood bridge creates appropriate tension on the nylon strings, while affording space to move your hands around and find your most comfortable position.
Easy-To-Learn Design
The nicely sized body of this guitar is great for beginners. It's lightweight and easy to hold. The nylon strings have an easier feel for the early guitarist, while providing a light, warm sound that won't disrupt everyone else around you, no matter how often you play. Strung across a Nato neck with rosewood fingerboard, this guitar will feel very smooth, even to the uninitiated hands.
Helpful Extras
This starter pack includes more than just the C40 guitar. It's completely loaded to give you the learning experience you're looking for. The package includes a tuner so you can learn to tune and stay in tune early on, one of the most important aspects of playing the instrument. To house your new guitar, the Yamaha C40 package features a protective case for easy transport and safe keeping. It also includes a guitar method book and guitar method CD, so you'll have plenty of lessons to spend your time mastering. All in all, this is a great starter pack to begin your guitar career with.
