I bought this new, and when being shipped from Hawaii the guitar's paint job was damaged. There is a surface crack in the paint from the toggle switch above the knob and almost to the 5 way switch. It's hard to see, but you can feel it with your finger. The knobs, toggle switch, and 5 way switch are fully functional. There is a slight blemish in the finish by the neck as well. Hard to see and can barely feel it's there. Beyond these slight blemishes, in the finish, the guitar is fully functional with no other damage. The neck plays nicely and the guitar sounds very good. I just own too many guitars and it doesn't get the playing time it deserves.
