Advanced 3G SDI Connectivity for Video and Audio Integration
This TouchMonitor features a 3G interface box with 3G-SDI input and output, supporting SD, HD, and 3G video formats including 525i, 625i, 720p, 1035i, 1080i, 1080p, and 1080SF. With an integrated 16-channel de-embedder, users can extract up to 16 audio channels from an SDI stream. Deembedded audio signals can then be output through eight AES3 digital connections, ensuring compatibility with professional digital workflows.

Versatile Inputs and Outputs for Flexible Monitoring
In addition to SDI integration, the TM3-3G Smart provides a wide range of connectivity. Outputs include analog stereo via RCA or 3.5mm headphone jack, eight AES3 outputs via 25-pin Sub-D, and USB 2.0 for system control. An analog auxiliary input via RCA adds flexibility for additional sources. With GPIO integration and a 24V DC power connector, the unit adapts easily to both studio and live production setups.

Comprehensive Metering Tools for Compliance
The TM3-3G Smart offers precision loudness and level metering, covering Peak, True Peak, correlation, SPL, and Dialnorm. Loudness tools comply with major international standards including EBU, ITU, ATSC, and ARIB, as well as customer-specific requirements. Loudness Range (LRA), loudness charts, and numerical displays provide detailed insight, while moving coil instruments simulate traditional needle meters with selectable scales and modes for stereo sources.

Monitoring Control and Workflow Integration
Beyond metering, the TM3-3G Smart includes monitoring control functions that allow users to listen to displayed audio signals directly from the unit.
