Samick Artist Series P/J bass. The neck has a broken truss rod (broken towards the nut, not in the middle).
Also a split where the neck meets the body.
May be able to be saved with a stewmac truss rod rescue tool, or may just be good for parts. Haven't had time to dig into this too much.
