The JP261D RATH is a fully double Bb/F French Horn with a detachable bell which enables the instrument to be more portable and packs away into a smaller case. Featuring an exclusively designed Rath lead pipe and Geyer style layout this horn has very little resistance and is very free blowing throughout the whole register. The thumb lever, finger hook, and ducks foot can all be adjusted to ensure a comfortable hand position thus making it ideal for younger players looking for a full double horn.

The JP261D RATH is constructed from high-grade 80:20 brass throughout. Incorporating an exclusive Rath-designed lead pipe. The JP261D also features neoprene valve bumpers and mechanical (ball & socket) linkage, adjustable and reversible Bb/F lever for those who prefer the horn to stand in Bb rather than F. The thumb lever, finger hook, and ducks foot can all be adjusted to ensure a comfortable hand position and a detachable Bell.
