Update :the amp came back from the shop and sounds fantastic, the speakers are Alnico 2x12 i was told , the transformer was replaced with an old Philco , death cap is gone and replaced with a heavy duty 3 prong cord for safety. It breaks up nicely and has that very nice tone.
I'd sure keep it and still enjoying it,make an offer and it could be  it's yours.
This is a rare Kent tube amp from the early 60's . Model SL-31 , has 5 tubes :  7189 or EL-84 and two 12ax7a and one rectifier from what I saw .  Any questions please ask .
I could not find any info on this model anywhere or seen another example.
Condition is rough , the front grill cloth has a tear at the top and looks like someone covered it with  wall paper ? .
