In the era after the Geoff Gould built Quantums, Modulus switched to Bartolini as their OEM supplier of pickups and electronics. They also added a truss rod, which was initially rendered as unnecessary as the neck is graphite. However, some neck issues developed with that design and Modulus decided to add truss rods to eliminate any and all potential neck issues. This one is in excellent condition, especially for being almost 15 years old. Beautiful finish over a stunning piece of quilted maple.
