Like 6-string Blackouts, the 7-string versions use balanced inputs with a differential preamp for reduced noise. They’re voiced for heavy rock with greater dynamic range, less scooped mids, and less compression than other active pickups.

7-string Blackouts are available individually or in calibrated neck and bridge sets. Includes 25K pots, stereo jack, battery clip and other mounting hardware. Whether you use the 6-string or the 7-string versions, pair Blackouts with Seymour Duncan's SFX-04 Twin Tube Mayhem for maximum tonal aggression.
