The HUGE advantage with running these over other candidates is that they have a high SPL, with a HIGH power handling, and with a super  well controlled magnetic/voice coil structure..

.. Low QTs rating / high bL  is from a long length of windings immursed in a super strong magnetic field...

  The result?  it doesn't take squat to get loud quick with these, and if you do have the power available, they can almost crush flies out of the air... (Kidding of course)))...
