Here for sale we have a Gibson Les Paul Standard 60’s in Unburst finish. Made in the USA in 2020, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Mahogany body with AA Figured Maple top, Mahogany neck and 22 Medium Jumbo fret bound Rosewood fingerboard. This guitar is equipped with Nickel hardware including a set of Kluson Deluxe tuning machines, ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece. The pickups are a pair of Gibson  60’s BurstBuckers humbuckers which are wired to a 3-way toggle switch and independent volume and tone controls.

The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the 60’s SlimTaper profile filling the hand without being overly thick, this offers a balanced and smooth playing experience.  This creates a feeling of dependability whilst remaining articulate enough for technical playing. The traditional 12" fingerboard radius strikes the perfect balance between comfortable chord playing and smooth lead lines, making for a truly authentic yet refined Les Paul playing experience, whilst the Medium Jumbo frets provide a rock-solid playing surface whilst also assisting with string bending and vibrato techniques. 

The pair of Gibson 60’s BurstBuckers installed in this guitar offer warm and rich tones, exactly as you would expect from a Les Paul. The 60’s BurstBucker in the neck is thick and creamy, saturating beautifully into full-bodied distortion as you crank the gain; perfect for lead lines and solos. The 60’s BurstBucker in the bridge position is as bright and biting as you could ever need, helping you to cut through any mix with your rock rhythm tones. The traditional Les Paul control layout keeps things feeling simple, with easy and intuitive tonal shaping that feels nicely responsive to small changes, allowing you to tweak your tone right on the guitar.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition. Light indentations are present to the edges of the headstock, the most apparent of these is located to the top edge where light delamination is present and to both the bass and treble sides near the nut where the wood has been lightly exposed. Light to mild fine scratching is present to the front face of the headstock, these can be seen under direct light.

Neck: Overall very good condition. Light scratching is present to the rear of the neck across the register, the most apparent of these is located behind the nut which can only be seen under direct light. Very light indentations are present to the fingerboard, this is present to the 12th fret and can be seen under direct light.

Body: Overall very good condition. Light indentations are present to the edges of the rear face, the most apparent of these is located to the lower bout bass side and can be seen under close scrutiny. Mild discoloration is present to the lower bout of the binding, this is consistent with past us with a stand. Light to mild scratching is present to all aspects of the body, the most apparent of these is located to the center of the rear face. Very light residue is present across the rear face, these appear as speckles and can only be seen under direct light under close scrutiny.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. Light denting and flattening of the frets is apparent throughout the register. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Current Set Up:

Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (5/16" socket) not included.

Hardware: Overall very good condition. Light to mild tarnishing of the finish is present to all aspects of the metal hardware, this is most apparent to the bridge and tailpiece consistent with regular past use in a high contact area.

Structural: No concerns or issues to note.

Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm
