Basically new with original packaging. I purchased this pedal brand new and received it a few weeks ago. It was a bit of an impulse buy and now I need to clear out some pedals from a new purchase. It has been used very little inside my pet-free, smoke-free home. I never put Velcro on it, it’s basically new, an open box item.

These are selling new for $239 plus shipping on Reverb. Here’s a chance to save some cash.

It is a killer analog octave pedal. The separate controls for lower octave, upper octave, and direct signal allow for lots of experimenting. The low octave is great for riffs. The upper only gets into that classic Octavia type sound.

Manufacturer description

Octron3 is an ANALOG octave pedal - not to be confused with a DIGITAL octave pedal. Octave UP is an Octavia-style fuzz/distortion sound and Octave DOWN is a frequency divider in the style of the old Mutron/Octoplus/OC2.

Octave UP: This effect is the product of distortion. It delivers some amazing sounds, but CLEAN is not one of them. Upper octave becomes more prominent on the high strings, above the 7th fret.

Octave DOWN: The circuit is monophonic and has to recognize the notes you play in order to track well. Care must be taken with pickup selection, playing style and picking technique for the best tracking.

Features:

Direct level: Controls the level of the direct signal while pedal is activated.

Octave UP level: Controls the level of the Octave UP signal.

Octave UP Bright/Pure switch: Selects between a bright sound, rich in harmonics and a darker sound with a more pure upper octave.

Octave DOWN level: Controls the level of the Octave DOWN signal.

Octave DOWN Mids/Low switch: Selects between a mid-boost and a super-fat low end.
