The CLA-Sub can be configured in either downward-firing or frontward-firing modes to best suit the acoustics of your mix room. Simply remove and reattach the rubber feet to deploy the configuration that best serves your room and your music. • Front-firing mode provides the cleanest possible reproduction from CLA-Sub, as the woofer does not couple with the floor of the room. • Downward-firing mode deliberately takes advantage of coupling to the room to increase output by +3 dB. The CLA-Sub’s repositionable feet employ a special vibration-dampening material that minimizes the mechanical coupling between the CLA-Sub in your room to reduce sympathetic vibrations that can color the playback of your mix.
