Up for sale is my AMT 02 in excellent, gently used condition. I'm selling a number of these AMT Legend Series preamp pedals to cut down on clutter, but they are among the best high gain preamps I've tried (this particular one is more of a mid gain sound). I strongly prefer them over the Amptweaker line of pedals and find them on par with the KSR preamps if used with a boost. For these babies to truly shine, run them into a nice power amp or cab sim and power them with 12V. These units sound so much more amp-like with the extra voltage, and I couldn't recommend using them this way enough.

Key Features & Specifications

• Amp Emulation: Warm, vintage British crunch modeled after Orange amps, plus a clean channel inspired by Fender blackface-style circuits.
• Two Channels: Independent Clean and Overdriven channels. The clean channel features a mid-boost switch (+8dB), and the overdrive section uses a Schottky diode clipping stage driving a 3-band EQ (HIGH, MIDDLE, BASS).
• Three Simultaneous Outputs:
• • CAB SIM OUT (for direct recording or running ampless to a PA/interface)
  • PREAMP OUT (for connecting to an amp's effects loop return or power amp section)
  • DRIVE OUT (for running into the front input of a traditional guitar amp)
• Power Requirements: 9V to 12V DC center-negative power supply (low current consumption; a clean, noise-free power source like an AMT adapter is recommended).
• Size: Compact enclosure measuring 110 x 62 x 58 mm.
