Unlike many vintage spring reverbs that offer only basic controls, the 4400 provides extensive tone shaping with independent controls for each channel, including input level, output level, reverb percentage, and a dedicated 4-band reverb equalizer. It can operate as a true stereo processor or as two completely independent mono reverbs, making it equally useful in recording studios, live sound, synthesizer rigs, guitar setups, and vintage effects collections.
