Selling my Deering Goodtime openback 5-string banjo. Bought new in 2022. Made in the USA by Deering in San Diego.
It's been played plenty but everything sounds great. Stays in tune, plays easy, and has that bright, ringing Goodtime tone. Great for clawhammer, old-time, or just learning.
Includes:
Hard shell case
Snark clip-on tuner
Condition: Very Good. The marks on the head are typical clawhammer wear from the forearm and hand resting and brushing across it. The hoop has a little tarnish too. None of it affects the sound. See photos for everything.
$399 for the whole bundle. Pickup in Southern California or buyer pays shipping
