Here's a 1929 Gibson L-0. Incredible all mahogany, 12-fret, pre-war model! You'd be hard pressed to find a better example that this rare, historical piece. For a nearly 100 year old guitar, it's in great shape, with no issues. There's one hairline professionally repaired crack that goes from the middle of the bridge to the sound hole. It's easy to miss. Beyond that, crack free. This is a featherweight guitar, (2lbs, 12oz), with ladder braced, with a two-layer bridge, and 24 1/4" scale length. The body measures 13 5/8" at the lower bout. Playability is exceptional!! Consistent low action down the length of the fretboard. Every note plays, which is kind of incredible. The original frets are still in good shape as well. Tonally it's open and articulate. It doesn't sound like small guitar, and you'll want to (try) and play Robert Johnson riffs immediately! Great opportunity to own this amazing piece of Gibson history! Case included..
Nut Width- 1.75"
