Sescom SES-3MIX 3-Input / 1-Output Passive XLR Mixer ($120)

This is a balanced XLR-connector 3-input/1-output passive mixer. Anodized aluminum cover. Three locking Neutrik XLRf-1/4" (TRS) combo inputs capable of accepting balanced or unbalanced signals.

This is a passive mixer, so no power/batteries.  There are dual simultaneous outputs (XLRm, TRS)—BUT this is not a DI box (see below). Works great for mic-level or line-level signals. It does not have phantom power, nor will it provide phantom power pass-through. Also, the manufacturer is explicit in stating it is not designed to be used with high-impedance sources like electric guitars.

I used this to combine inputs from three wireless mic receivers on an integrated effects board for three saxophones. I converted to a 3-to-1 selector switch (only one sax at a time)—thus this needs a new home. 

It was compact, easy to use and dial in, and durable for my pedal board for several gigs and lots of time in the woodshed.  I especially liked the convenience of the inputs and level adjustments all on top. It has been sitting safely in its original box for over a year. I purchased it new from B&H Photo in August 2024. I used zip-ties to hold it to the board so the original rubber feet are still there.
