Black Swamp Percussion 10” Sound Art Double Row Tambourine

This orchestral tambo is in rough shape :

• the head is split

• several of the silver chimes are deformed

• the wood frame has a large scratch (not a crack from what I can tell as it doesn’t go through to the inside of the frame)

It’s a $240+ new, pro level tambourine, which I’ve used as it is in various percussive environments as a shaken or pedal/foot percussion tambourine, but I haven’t used it much and it seems like something worth repairing, experimenting with, or using for parts. If you know how to reskin the frame, or want to hammer out some chimes, or want to use the chimes for something else, this would be ideal for you. I’m not 100% on what the chimes are made of, but I believe it’s “German silver”, but I could be wrong.

- Comes with the Black Swamp tambo bag.

I’m open to offers if you are interested.
