The dbx 400 allows you to effortlessly manage and route signal paths between a preamp/receiver, up to three sound processors (like equalizers or expanders), three tape decks, and noise reduction units. The top panel features a highly intuitive, permanent system diagram that makes understanding your signal routing a breeze.

• Sound Processor Routing: Push-button control for Pre/Post and Copy functions.
• Monitor Selector: Easily switch your monitoring source between Line, Tape 1, Tape 2, and Tape 3.
• Noise Reduction Controls: Dedicated buttons for Decode (Monitor) and Encode (Line), plus Copy Master controls for Tape 1, Tape 2, and Tape 3. Includes an Encode Cancel button.
• Rec Selector: Independent routing matrix to send your signal to Tape 1, Tape 2, or Tape 3.

Condition:
The unit is in excellent cosmetic condition with very clean graphics on both the front faceplate and the top diagram. The chassis shows minimal signs of wear. Please review the photos closely to judge the cosmetic condition for yourself.
