The Shure P3R Wireless Bodypack Receiver is a compact, belt-worn wireless receiver designed for musicians, singers, worship teams, and live performers who use in-ear monitors. It is part of Shure’s PSM 300 personal monitoring system and allows performers to hear a monitor mix without being tethered to a wired headphone connection.

The G20 version operates in the 488–512 MHz frequency band and is designed to work with a compatible Shure PSM 300 transmitter.

Personal monitor mix control

Adjust your listening volume and control your monitor mix directly from the bodypack, without having to ask the sound engineer for every change.

Stereo and MixMode

Stereo mode lets you adjust the left/right balance. MixMode lets you blend two monitor channels to emphasize the mix you prefer, such as vocals in one channel and instruments in the other.

Lightweight, portable design

Its slim plastic housing and belt clip make it practical for stage performers who need to move freely.

Other features include 24-bit audio clarity, automatic frequency scanning, infrared synchronization with a compatible transmitter, and a power-saving mode when earphones are disconnected. Shure specifies a wireless operating range of up to 300 feet (90 meters) under suitable conditions.

What to know before buying

• It is a receiver, not a complete wireless system. You need a compatible PSM 300 transmitter and suitable in-ear headphones or earphones.
• Check the frequency band carefully. Your transmitter must match the G20 band; a receiver in another band, such as H20 or J13, is not a direct frequency match.
