Here for sale we have a Fender Britt Daniel signature Thinline Telecaster in Amarillo Gold finish. Made in the USA in 2021, this guitar features a semi-hollow Gloss Ash body, Maple neck with Satin rear and Gloss front and 22 fret Maple fingerboard. Other appointments include a 6-Saddle String-Thru bridge and Fender ClassicGear tuning machines. A pair of Fender Custom Shop pickups are fitted with a Vintage-Style Singlecoil in the bridge and a Hand-Wound Texas Special in the neck. These are wired to a 3-way pickup selector, Master volume with S-1 switch and aftermarket No-Load master tone control.

The Maple neck plays beautifully, and features a Deep “C”  shape profile. Certainly on the thicker side when compared with modern necks, there is a real character to the playing experience which is very inspiring in the hands. The 9.5” fingerboard radius ensures choke-free bending and a rock solid playing surface. The Satin Nitrocellulose finish to the rear of the neck makes for a characterful playing experience.

Acoustically this guitar has excellent resonance, with a nicely loud and airy tone. The Singlecoil in the neck position sounds thick and full, with a rich low end great for rhythm tonalities. The Singlecoil in the bridge position produces a clear and articulate top end, balancing very well with a punchy output, providing a great feel and clarity, allowing the player to achieve a wide variety of tones all at the fingertips. The S-1 Switch provides the opportunity to change instantly between series and parallel pickup wiring while the no-load tone pot allows for more output and overall tonal response.
