DW's dogbone clamp with a V-jaw on one end and an eyebolt on the other, joined by a ratcheting pivot. The V grips a cymbal stand or rack tube; the eyebolt takes a 1/2" boom arm, tom arm, or accessory arm; and the ratchet locks the angle between them so a heavy cymbal doesn't creep. The usual way to hang a second cymbal or a tom off a stand you already own without another tripod on the floor.
