Personal Thoughts:
This is a particularly cool Excalibur Supra, with the Red Sparkle finish giving it exactly the sort of bold, high-performance look that suits the model. The maple board keeps the whole guitar feeling bright and modern, while the HSH layout makes it far more versatile than a conventional dual-humbucker setup.

One of the defining features of Vigier guitars is the 10/90 neck construction, where carbon reinforcement is built into the maple neck for exceptional stability. It gives these guitars a very precise, solid feel and is a big part of why older Vigiers still tend to play so consistently years down the line.

The HSH pickup configuration gives a broad range of tones, from thicker bridge and neck humbucker sounds through to more open, Strat-style middle and split-position voices. Combined with the 24-fret layout and tremolo system, this is very much a player-focused instrument designed for fast, technical work without sacrificing tonal flexibility.

A superb French-built performance guitar with distinctive looks, excellent engineering and the sort of build quality Vigier became known for.

Condition Report:
Excellent condition. Presents very cleanly overall with only light signs of careful use consistent with age. No significant wear or damage to mention.
